¿What are the delivery areas?

We deliver throughout the Tampa Bay Area including: Downtown Tampa, South Tampa, Seminole Heights, Ybor, Brandon, Riverview, New Tampa, Westchase, Citrus Park, Hyde Park, Carrollwood, USF, Apollo Beach, Ruskin, Sun City, Fishhawk, Lithia, Lutz, St Pete, Clearwater and more.

¿How are my meals delivery?

All of our items arrive in recyclable, 100% BPA-free, microwave-safe containers and are delivered inside an insulated cooler bag with ice packs. We suggest that you bring your cooler bag inside and refrigerate your meals immediately. If for some reason you aren’t available, we highly recommend you arrange for someone to be available to place your meals in a refrigerator upon delivery. It is required that you place your cooler bag and ice packs out for the driver to pick up at the time of your next delivery. NOTE: There is a fee of $20 for each cooler bag (with ice packs) that are not returned.

Do I have to be home in order to receive my meals ?

¿ What do I do if I am going out of town?

You may freeze your account by emailing [email protected]. You can also send us the request from you account section Include your client id, the date you would like your last delivery, and the date to resume your delivery.

¿ Can you deliver to a P.O. box ?

Unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

¿ Can you deliver at a especific time??

Unfortunately no. As we grow and add customers, our routes change and we may move people to different routes. As a result, the food’s arrival can’t be guaranteed for a specified time.

¿ What if I live in a gate community or condo?

If you live in a gated community or condo with a concierge or manned gate, please notify them about your deliveries so our drivers can gain access. Be sure to tell them we deliver on Mondays between 12pm – 7pm. If there is not a manned gate, we will need to receive a FOB or gate code before your deliveries can begin. Caro’s Kitchen cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries due to no access.

¿Is there charge for the cooler bags and ice packs ?

No. There is no initial charge for the cooler bags and ice packs. It is the company policy that the cooler bags and ice packs must be left outside your front door the night before each delivery. If not returned after multiple admits, there will be a charge of $20 per missing bag.

Each week we have a different menu created by Caro’s Kitchen. Monday you’ll get a delivery of fresh and healthy food made with care.

Can i upgrade / downgrade my subscription?

Yes, This can be done by selecting your subscription My Account –> My Subscriptions View Click on Upgrade/Downgrade Select new subscription

Meals FAQ

¿ Are your meals frozen?

Our meals are always fresh. If you need to, you can freeze meals to eat later in the week.

¿ Whats is your food allergy policy?

Caro’s Kitchen cannot accommodate customers with severe or life threatening food allergies. By signing up for Caro’s Kitchen, you agree to our terms and conditions and understand that Caro’s Kitchen is not responsible for any food related allergic reactions whether it be mild or severe. We prepare our food in a facility that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, shellfish and other common food allergens. If you have a severe food allergy, we cannot serve you.

¿ can I select my meals?

We publish our weekly menu with the traditional and light options. When you subscribe you are asked to choose your default menu; however, you are free to mix different meals from the weekly menu. This is done by using the contact from under My Account –> Member Services Weekly Menu You can follow this link to access it directly Note: All changes must occur by Friday 5:00 pm.

Ordering FAQ

¿Is there a deadline for ordering?

We want you to start your meal plan as soon as possible, but since our food is prepared fresh, it is important that we have a deadline. Orders placed before 6:00pm on Friday will begin receiving meals the following Monday. IMPORTANT NOTE: Registration is not considered completed until our customer service department completes your “Welcome Call”. Within 24 hours of your registration, we will call you to confirm your account. In some cases, your start date could be postponed to the following Monday.

¿ What are my payment options?

Caro’s Kitchen meals Plan is a weekly / bi-weekly recurring service and we require payments to be made with a credit or debit card. Payments are processed at the time of the purchase and on Friday every week /biweek after .

¿ I have a grupon?

Great! Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you. We do not limit your Groupon to special menus. You get the same access as anyone one else. (See our Menu). You should have received a unique coupon based on the promotion you bought. Steps: Go to Shop and select the product based on your Groupon promotion (6 meals / 9 meals / 12 meals) Select the Menu Type (Traditional / Light) Select the frequency (Must be Weekly) Proceed to Check Out Enter the Coupon Code (This will reduce the amount for to Zero, because you already pay Groupon for the first week) To redeem, must register credit card. The Check Out will show the 2 values: The price you pay for today ($10) and the recurrent charge. Note: You will not be charge the recurrent charge. This is a FYI for the renewal Subscription will automatically renew at regular price the following Friday after your food is delivered (We deliver every Monday). You can Pause or Cancel at any time .
