At Caros Kitchen we take our mission of preparing and delivering fresh food very seriously. While we do our utmost to prevent any disturbances to our delivery cycles, there are times it is unavoidable. When extreme weather conditions such as a hurricane occurs there exists the possibility that deliveries may be delayed or cancelled to ensure the safety of our drivers. For your convenience, Caros Kitchen offers subscription services whereby you select a set of meals and a delivery date of your choosing and Caros Kitchen sends those meals to the location you have selected on a weekly basis. Deliveries are made on Mondays between the hours of 5pm – 9pm. Meals should be refrigerated immediately until you are ready to enjoy (Remember no preservatives used). Please leave your empty cooler bags with ice packs outside on your front doorstep the night before your next delivery. There is no initial charge for the cooler bags and ice packs. It is the company policy that the cooler bags and ice packs must be left outside your front door the night before each delivery. If not returned after multiple admits, there will be a charge of $20 per missing bag. Turning Off Subscriptions You can turn off your subscription at any time; however, if you turn off the subscription after the cut-off time has passed and an order has been placed, your order cannot be cancelled or changed. You must turn off your subscription prior to the cut-off time to take effect for the next week’s delivery. You may re-subscribe at any time provided that Caros Kitchen reserves the right to not permit re-subscription where Caros Kitchen has previously elected to terminate a subscription by you.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of delivery by sending an email to email@example.com. This does not apply to orders larger than $100 and we reserve the right to reject requests deemed to be fraudulent.
Caros Kitchen charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this website based on the applicable state sales tax rate (7%) in the state of Florida.
